HOW DO I CREATE A GROUP?
First of all check whether you already have a group that you can join. If you can not find it, CREAT YOUR GROUP
You will be redirected to a safe page to complete the creation of the group. As soon as we get your request, we will create it. Your group will be advertised here, on our Shared Shuttle webpage, and in our Private Car Transfer booking system, to ensure maximum visibility.
You will be notified each time we get a new reservation, and when the shuttle is definitively confirmed.
WHEN THE RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED AND CARD CHARGED?
The reservation is confirmed and becomes valid from the moment of reaching the minimum number (not before) of travellers: 4 passengers.
Your party will be charged as soon as we reach 5 confirmed travellers (not before). A formal confirmation will be sent to you by email. Until your group is at 4 passengers, payment is due to the driver in cash.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE GROUP IS NOT CONFIRMED?
Cause there is a Minimum numbers apply, there is a possibility of cancellation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements.
In the event of this occurring, we will try to send you a proposal by Email and Whatsapp: if you remain 2 passengers, we will offer you a Private Car Just For You with a discount based on Private transfer prices. You can cancel the Private Transfer for 2 people until 48hrs before for free.

It is important to choose the right pickup time, particularly at Fiumicino Airport we recommend at least 1 hour after your scheduled arrival time. If you have problems with luggage or other, it is good to get in touch with our customer service to see if we can help you in any way.
Pickup at your hotel or private apartment in Rome City.
Shared shuttle make maximum 4 stops and depend from your destination if you will be the first pickup (drop off) or the last pickup (drop off). Pickup location is normally outside the door steps of your accommodation. Your driver will start the service at the pickup time. Your exact pickup time depends on all hotels location and may vary. It may takes 30/40 minutes to complete the process.
Also in this case, in order to respect the other passengers, the maximum allowed wait time is 15 minutes. It is recommended to be punctual.
Each party pays his fare. For example, if you are a party of 2 going from the port to Rome FIUMICINO AIRPORT, you will pay 99 euro in total.
Up to 4 confirmed passengers, payment is in cash to the driver. From 5 to 8 confirmed passengers, payment is made here at the office when sending the voucher by email.
Hilton Rome Airport is accepted without extra charge, for other hotels an extra 20/30€ in total is required. Remember to clarify everything in the comments on the booking form, including the hotel name and address. If the hotel is not suitable, we will contact you within 48hrs.
Rome Marriott Park Hotel can not be served with a shared service; it is too far from the center of Rome and too far from FCO. Infact, it is situated 16 km from the International Airport Leonardo da Vinci Airport (FCO) and is 15 km from St. Peter’s Basilica and the Sistine Chapel!
The group to be confirmed must consist of at least 4 passengers. Once the group is confirmed, the price is fixed, and does not change.
